HVAC Installation Helper

​This is a full time permanent position - it is not seasonal. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, sick time and vacation as well as retirement plan.

There is opportunity for advancement.

Successful candidate will progress in learning the installation processes and help to install equipment, duct work, refrigerant lines, ventilation materials, and fuel gas lines as necessary. Must be familiar with hand tools and have your own basic hand tools. Previous HVAC experience is a plus.

Requirements include:
> Ability to communicate well with others in a friendly manner.
> Ability to take direction and learn from a Lead Installer
> Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
> Ability to climb ladders and work on ladders and lifts
> Ability to work overhead
> Problem solving and reasoning ability
> Physically coordinated and agile
> Drug free
> Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
> Current Tennessee or Mississippi drivers license
> Reliable transportation

Base is $13 per hour but more based on HVAC experience.
